When you submit your credit card, ASHA account number, and other sensitive information to NSS-NRS.com, rest assured that the transaction is secure. In fact, shopping online at NSS-NRS.com is as safe as using your credit card at a restaurant or department store. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), one of the most robust encryption platforms available. SSL technology works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). This technology encrypts your private information from the moment you enter it until your transaction is processed, and your personal information will not be saved on a public server--thus safeguarding your personal information and guaranteeing privacy.

ALTERNATIVES TO SENDING YOUR
CREDIT CARD OVER THE INTERNET-
We offer the option of phoning, faxing or mailing in your information after you place your order for products or e-Courses. Our system will generate prepared order forms which you can print and fax or mail. Online seminar registration can only be processed with credit card payment. back to top HANDLING YOUR ORDER-
Every effort is made to handle
your order in a timely manner. Our goal is to ship within 5-7 working days. However, more
often than not, items are shipped within 1-3 days.
PAYMENT METHODS-
We accept checks (US dollars only), money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and purchase orders for products and e-Courses. Seminars must be prepaid with a credit card when registering online. If you prefer not to register online, call 888-337-3866.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER-
Orders are shipped via UPS and arrive within 7-10 working days. Non-US orders are also shipped UPS and usually arrive within 3-6 weeks.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
CHARGES-
BACKORDERED ITEMS-
If an item is not in stock when your order is received, but will be in stock within one week we may ship a partial order with a notation on the packing slip indicating the backordered item(s). If the item will take longer than a week, we will call and let you know. It is not always possible for us to estimate how long a backordered item will take to fill but generally they are shipped within 1-2 weeks. If you use a PO # to order, your invoice will not be sent until the order is completely filled. If a partial shipment is not acceptable to you, please let us know.
CANCELING ALL OR PART
OF AN ORDER-
If you have not received your
order, you may cancel it by calling 888-337-3866, faxing 888-696-9655, or e-mailing info@nss-nrs.com us. In the event that the order
has already been shipped, you are responsible for returning the items in accordance with our
RETURN policy (a copy is provided with your order).
RETURN POLICY-
- 30 day return.
- Must call for authorization. A 10% restocking charge will apply if item is returned
without prior authorization.
- All money will be returned except for
shipping and handling charges.
- Item must be returned complete and in
same condition as received.
- Item should be returned with a copy of the invoice or packing slip and must be sent
registered and insured by USPO or via UPS, FED EX, or AIRBORNE EXPRESS insured.

PRIVACY
POLICY-
NSS-NRS does not share, sell
or trade email addresses, information collected as part of a survey, or specific details
about you. We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases which
give other companies access to your personal information. We do not release credit card or
financial information for use by other companies. For privacy purposes, all information
relating to our customers is stored on a secure server that is not accessible via the
Internet. We use your personal information only to service you and your needs, and we do
everything possible to keep the information secure.
What information do we
collect online? How do we use it?
In areas of our site, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting online forms. We only ask for the information needed to provide you with the services you request. For example, if you are taking an e-Course online and want to receive ASHA credit, we have to ask for your ASHA account number because it is required by ASHA.
All information relating to
our customers is stored in a secure environment separate from our Web site. In order to make
improvements to our site, we may gather information that helps show how customers use the
site. For example, we might do research to determine which areas are accessed most
frequently. This information is analyzed only in aggregate and not at the individual level.
Personal information, such as name and email address, is not included in the
analysis.
Information we do not
collect When
you visit our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal
information unless you provide it to us. We do not follow your browsing path outside of
NSS-NRS.
How we use
email
It is important that you provide us
with a valid email address when you set up an account so that we may communicate with you. Your email
will ONLY be used to send you information you request. For example, after you place an order on our
site, we use your email address to send an order confirmation with UPS tracking information, if
applicable. You will also receive your seminar registration confirmation via email, and your notices
that online e-Courses are available. You will receive these emails only if you have provided your
email address during checkout or as part of registering with the site.
Please note that we DO NOT
sell or share email addresses with other companies. We use email only as a means of giving
you the information you need, and receiving feedback from our customers. We encourage you to
